I'm not entirely sure of the Xbox's abilities on softsubs, so you may end up hardsubbing your videos.

But you're going to want to use OGMDemuxer, to split the file into it's parts:

And then from here on you would follow the VirtualDubMod tutorial somewhere around here (Sorry I don't have a link).

EDIT: Isn't OGG an audio format?
