starview no signal is my cable feed live?

Hello im brand new, just some advice. my starview box was workin fine an now its just saying no signal. I hav reset it an now when i search it finds no channels. I have SV1 with latest firmware but i think its my cable feed which is the problem. any help appreciated.

 

put your cable staight to your tv and see if you ave basic cable. that will tell you if its live or not.

i put the cable into the tv it sed no signal. I think im just guna subscribe to basic package. Does any1 no if i ring them an say iv already got the cables installed, will they instantly reactivate the cables?

Just saw from your other post that you`re in Liverpool.
Cant tell you the price as i`m in Dublin. Ring them up & ask them about the basic package.
