starview jtag prob

    i have got a starview jtag kit from TMC, but when i solder wires to box then run sky max 2.2 i get this message
    Init JTAG
    IDCODE : FFFFFFFF
    Fail DCU, Plesae Restart or Reset CPU Box

    i resoldered a few times still same problem

    the box is a clone and theres no power on the box, but if i listen carefully i can hear it click when i turn it on???????????
