Help with evo x! thanks!

Ok so I have a hard modded xbox I got it from a pawn shop and it has evo x on it. The stupid modder deleted the ms dash board so I cant get to it. and I have no idea how to put it on! I am not smart like that so is there a way to put it on a blank cd or dvd and put it into your xbox and some how get it on?

Also is there a way to get avalanche dashboard onto a disk and over write the evo x dash? because the way my stupid modder did it was a noobie way. Please help! thank you soooo much
