Having trouble

    Hi guys my name is John and im kinda new to both ur site and burning/Copying dvds.I was wondering if u guys can help me out as im having problems trying to burn a dvd on both img burn and roxio easy cd and dvd.First i use dvd shrink to encode the dvd and get the image but if i go to burn it on roxio it comes up with this error

    and nothing happens when i try to write to the disc.now if i go to build mode it tells me that i need to convert the file to udf because its too big.My computer is a hp pavilion a522n and im running the dvd writer that came with it.Please help me out dont know what else to do was looking around ur site for answers but cant seem to find any would like somebody to guide me in the right direction.Hope all the info i gave u helps any help would be appreciated.Thanks John

    Hi,

    1) set output of dvd shrink to default 4464 Mb
    2) output dvd shrink to iso
    3) burn said iso with Imgburn

    Hey jo thanks for the reply it really helped came across another problem after my writer tried to burn this is what came up:

    Read in another forum that somebody else was having the same problem and that they needed to update firmware but i tried to find an update and couldnt find one.would it be easier if i just go and get another dvd cd writer.Thanks John
