The BIOS on my laptop won't let me install windows without the BIOS password. I've tried restoring default settings and resetting CMOS but it hasn't helped.

It is a Fujitsu Lifebook P series, Product # FPC02010AK
    Phoenix BIOS

Can anyone help me try and either bypass the password or reset it?

I got Windows XP to install, but now whenever it tries to boot up, Windows XP immediately goes to a blue screen and crashes.
