Set up Home Theater System

    I have a:
    1) Yamaha RX-V363 with 1 HDMI output and 2 HDMI inputs ( tv/cable & DVD 2) Sony DAV-HDX275 DVD Home Theater System with 1 HDMI out
    3) Verizon Motorola HD receiver
    4) Samsung Series 4 450 Plasma TV

    I'm having a devil of a time getting it all to work together. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to configure the systems so that I can use them ?

    PS: I can't congigure the Yamaha to work with the Verizon remote since it doesn't recognize any Yamaha codes

    Well you have a Yamaha 5.1-Channel Digital Home Theater Receiver and a Sony HTIB. Which are you using to power your surround speakers?
