help on converting a region 2 dvd to a region dvd

hey guys my work wants me to convert this movie its a region dvd what do i need to do it and were can i get instructions

Hi,

I presume you mean a region 0 (region free) disc. Easy

1) rip to hard drive with dvdfabHD
2) use free dvd on files
3) burn files to dvd with Imgburn

all programs are free

sorry its a region 2 now and they want it to be a region 1 or 0 so it will play here

i check for the free dvd its not there anymore

 

been playing and i get a warning saying

that i might need a rpc1 patch ??,i know its not dirty or damaged
so got me
