I just lost my power supply to my 3 year old Sceptre 37 inch LCD. Plug in wall outlet all good.This is the 2nd time in a week this has happened. First fix was a unplug - wait 5 min.- and plug-in fix. This time I had no luck. Sceptre wants 250.00 + 80.00 shipping to check it out.I think they know this is a problem since the estimate was straight forward.Anyone else have this problem or any ideas on trouble shooting this more.A new 40 inch Samsung is 855.00 now.I'm loosing my faith in Sceptre ( remote control also went out 6 months ago )
If you can afford to buy the samsung, go pick it up. If you are having these kinds of problems with the sceptre now, whats going to happen to it in the next 6 to 12 months that will cost you even more money.
