Copy content from external HD to xbox HD

Can anybody help with how to copy music files from an external usb hard drive to xbox elite hard drive i have put partitions of 30gb in the hard drive and formatted it to fat32 so it is recognisable by the xbox. Coz i use vista so is a pain to do that but now i want to transfer the content from the hard dive to console so i can then put more onto the external drive as i have a large collection of music and video. Please any help would be appreciated.
