eurovox using ntl broadband is reducing broadband speed

    I have my eurovox connected to my ntl broadband connection using a splitter with one cable going to modem and one to my eurovox,everything is working ok, however my broadband speed is greatly reduced .Is there any solution for this

    Shouldn't make any difference, plug your subbed (original box from your supplier) back in and see if it still does the same, if it does replace the splitter or call your cable provider.

    did you mean just plug modem in without the eurovox.i have done and it seems to be faster maybe it just bad connections on splitter .come on the pool!

    I.E swap the eurovox for your subbed box (original box from your supplier).

    ok thanks ,i just fooled around with the splitter connections seems to have improved ,before when i went online the picture was breaking up a little i think i have it sorted hopefully .Thanks mate
