I have not used defragmenter since I re-installed XP on my PC, that was last year. Last night my PC started to go slow so my friend suggested to do a disk clean up and disk defrag. I did a disk clean up and removed 2GB of files. I also did a Spybot which removed lots of spywares. Used TuneUp for the memory defrag which seem made the PC to go a lot faster now. I have also killed some processes I do not need. That made the start up faster.

My problem is the disk defrag, I tried the Windows Disk Defrag but I get the error as the topic. So I was told to try Diskeeper but that would not analyze or defrag my PC. It just stuck at 0%.

So I uninstalled Diskeeper and tried Windows Disk Defrag again, same result. So I tried some websites with the .dll fixes. Same result.

    What can I do?
