hello, i'm new in these forums so idk where to post this. this is my second post actually.

anyway i'm not sure if my model (SCPH-7706) is modded or not. it was bought in the Philippines and can play pirated CD's. however it can't play backed up games or games in ISO format. do i need a mod chip on my ps2 or just have to tweak a few things?

the game i'm referring to is the infamous Wild ARMs: Alter Code F. i've done the steps posted in
http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/271780
and did every step properly yet i still can't play the game. i've also been thinking on actually burning it on a dual layered dvd and all but i need verification on whether my ps2 can read ISO files or not.

and what if i burn the files in a non ISO format i mean like... just copy the files of my pirated game and just paste it in a blank DVD-R, would that play? i haven't tried it yet and i've ran outta DVD's. i wasted about 6 lol

yes, i bought my ps2 in the philippines while staying there. that doesn't really mean i'm a filipino; i'm not, sorry...

and yes, it's a slimline model... the thing is, i'm not really sure whether i need to get it modded to read burned dvd's or just have to do some minor tweaks.
