Need help with HD connection to third tv

    I just go the new verizon dvr setup box for my Insignia TV but I need to send a calbe line to my other tv in the spare room. I am using a HDMI to the tv from the stb. the old stb had an extra coaxial connection so I could split the lines. this stb has one coaxial input for the cable. Any suggestions on the split.
