    Hello,

Please help. Something happen to my comp. pretty suddenly, looks like some virus. I tried to boot normally, it boots ok, but when i see
desktop wallpaper, there is nothing at all..just wallpaper.
Also it clicks from time to time in floppy device, i made sure there is no floppy inside, i tried even to disconnect it. Nothing helps.
I also tried to boot in safe mode, it starts ok but after it stuck..
I think it's a virus because last thing i saw on the screen is my antivirus was deleting some virus, but maybe there was not one of them..If somebody knows what to do, please advise.

    Thanks in advance!

You can get your Windows XP CD and see if the computer will boot from the CD, then try to repair your installation.

Unitl you can get your system to a stable state, you won't be able to repair it.
