    Hi

I've had two super boxes for a few months now the one with nigravision, got through the code panic and had to get one of them "flashed" not really sure what that even means...plugged in to a PC and wiped maybe? I think the fella I bought it from is a bit of a chancer.
anyway today I've lost lots of channels, I've tried restoring to factory setting switched off and imputed the code again, auto searched it says 100 + channels found but when I try to watch them it says either bad channel no signal or updating data.

Whats really p***ing me off is that i can still get certain channels like RTE1 comes in but RTE2 doesn't, I'm at the point of throwing this box out the window, I mean no one said it would be easy to steal cable TV but God they didn't say it was going to be this hard either. I'm on N** in Dublin..... As for manual searches I messed around with the frequencies and found channels again but its the same story when I go to watch them

Any help would be great, I hope this post doesn't break any forum rules.

Press Menu and enter 1570 and make sure that the Key Emu is turned on and exit out to TV, it should update. But if you have had them a few months then the Firmware needs to be updated with the latest 8.04, so click on the link marked Starview 2nd line at the bottom of post for a guide.

Thanks. I see what he meant by flash now. Need to get myself some cables and become self sufficient, update my own boxes. Is it a race between the programmers and nt* always trying to stay one step ahead.
