Used decrypter to extract main movie only Files I have are VIDEO TS and VTS 01 - 04 I can play the individual VOBS, but when I play either of the two .IFO files that normally would start the movie, it just hangs in power DVD ot Win DVD. I used IFOEDIT to create new IFO's and VTS sectors, and before that I changed the VTS files from VTS 02 to VTS 01. Strange thing is though when I used DVDPLAY in IFOEDIT, it plays the movie from an IFO file. either VIDEO TS or the VTS Why is this happening
If you used IFO Edid to create new Video_TS files BEFORE you corrected your vts sectors, you need to open the video_ts file in IFO Edit again and press get vts sectors again. Also, you shouldn't have changed the file names of your vts files. You CAN do this, but only if you take some other steps as well. There's no need to change the file names.
Therefore I assume it's OK to have VIDEO_TS and VTS 02 "1 to whatever". I thought I had seen somewhere the folder named VIDEO_TS, needed files VIDEO_TS and VTS starting with 01. Maybe I'm wrong I'm trying a complete new rip and starting again, ripping Just VIDEO_TS and VTS 02, with smart ripper. I may be back
