So I kept getting this error msg on my desktop whenever i tried to start my computer up. Disk error press ctrl + alt + del to restart. So i thought it was a hdd issue so i bought a new hdd and a 512 stick of ram too. Apparently im an idiot because i bought a SATA hdd and im configured for a ATA. So i put the ram in and tried to start it up again just for the edited by ddp of it. This time the monitor wouldnt work. I hooked up the monitor to my laptop and it worked fine but on my desktop. So now i think it might be the motherboard, either way im replacing the hard drive. Im have intel D845GEBV2 motherboard and if i replace it i want something similar. Any ideas
