Hi all, to be in the spirit of things, http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_jump.cfm/738066/4511067 I thought I would start the thread that blivet suggested. So any and all suggestions and links to what my endo should get a lady (me) for Valentine's day. Endo are you reading this (hint hint)? After all, I am a lady, and I like to be spoiled (what lady does'nt ?) ! Jo
What more could you ask for? http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16827106263 http://www.supermediastore.com/taiyo-yuden-silver-thermal-8x-dvd-r-media-600-cake-box.html http://www.omahasteaks.com/servlet/...pe=PROMOTION&shopsrc=PRMHomePage1&RAND=WC6759
Well being female myself, I think Diamonds and Roses are always nice or any flowers for that matter. I am expensive, lol, not high maintenance though. I myself sort of like ferguj1 ideas, I always like computer stuff too as I build my own.
You can always have him give you cash.......which will be a switch for him, as in his "profession" he is the one usually receiving the cash!!
I think it would be more romantic if he made you dinner, and maybe did something special and thoughtful for you, rather than spending lots of money! Valentine's day has gotten very commercialised in my opinion, the restaurants are overcrowded with poor service, and surely people are bored with the whole chocolates/flowers/jewellery thing! So something original, that takes time and effort, rather than just money, would be my idea!
Commercialised indeed. If I were endo...Just good ol' unconditional love You know wink wink. Fancy dinner is also good. But I dont mean something you pay for. Something COMPLETELY from him. Candle lit dinner, romantic music, etc
^LMAO^ I was thinking something just as thoughtful, but perhaps more useful. Like...a nice leaf blower or a good vacuum cleaner, or maybe a nice set of shearing gloves.
You can make her a nice candlelight dinner and have dessert in front of fireplace with a nice fire going. A Louis Vuitton catalog makes nice kindling!!
i get plain jane plastic throw away shopping bags from the grocery store or from the corner variety store.
