So, today I ripped a new cd onto my hard drive, using the same program I have for every cd I have ever done before. I ripped them at 320 kbps, just like every other one I've ever done. I loaded them into my itunes library; they play just fine in itunes. I then hooked up my ipod classic (120 gig, bought it in December) and synced it. The songs appear in the library on my ipod. But they don't play. It just completely skips over all but one of them. Yes, one of them plays, the rest don't and I can't figure out for the life of me why.

    Someone help!

yea the problem is ipods are very sensitive, when it comes to the file size, apple recommend ripping the files to aac and using a lower bitrate this way the songs won't skip, bellow is a link to apples discussion group on this matter. Good Luck
