Eurovox max HELP,,,,,,

    Hello,,,,,Please could anyone help me,,,,,I have a Eurovox max box,,,all was working fine,,,until I no longer got ITV 2,,,,so I thought I would do a scan ,,,and yep,,,no channels,,,also done a factory default ,,,Now I have no frequencies,,,,Done powerscan,,,done Deep scan,,,,When doing scan it starts then stops and comes up on the box,,PEAR,,,then goes of,,,,Grrrrr,,,,I live in Cleveland and with N,,l,

    do a full powerscan but change your symbol rate to 6.887
