Copying single titles from multiple title dvds

    I have burnt a number of dvds using convert x to dvd with multiple titles on them. Now I would like to mix and match by taking one title from one dvd and another title from another dvd. to put on a seperate dvd. Would anybody be able to suggest he software that I would need to do this. Thanks in advance for your help.
