weird discovery internet only works when phone is in use

can someone answer why the internet for me only works while the phone is in use?

i have currently have ordered a new router to see if this fixes the problem.

please help me solve this problem asap.

Assuming that you have xDSL

Are you sure that you have all of your line fileters properly installed?

Hm... have you tried calling up your internet provider?

 

yer i have called my isp and they told me that the router i was using was not supported so they could no longer help me out, it doesnt matter the problem is fixed now, i think my old router was just nackard and now my new router is working perfectly.
