St*rview - Where's ITV2 gone?

    I have two St*rview 1 boxes and both say Scrambled channel on ITV2. I can still get it on my freeview box but not through St*rview. I have all the other channels, I've done a rescan, my EMU is on. I'm running out of ideas, anyone have the answer please?

    They have been moved you will need to do a full re-scan not just the one that updates your channels. I am not going to bother I will just watch these channels on freeview I am sick of re-ordering my channels.

    There are 2 itv2 when you scan so the other will be at about chan 300 or if not look through the chan tv 1500 etc it will be there just not the name.

    Hi, I also lose the odd channel usually it is ITV 3 for me.
    If you go into the channel editor and scroll to 300/400 or so and find another channel ITV2, use this to replace your one that has stopped working.
    Sometimes you will have to do a rescan first.
