I got an old mac from one of my teachers a few days ago. It is a mac g4 with a 350mhz processor and was upgraded to 1024 megs of ram. Overall the system is really fast starting up but is sluggish doing everything else. When i go to play video's in itunes, youtube, or anywhere else the video laggs and stutters. This mac is pretty old so I wanted to know if anyone thinks its even worth putting money into. Is there any way i can speed up the system and make it less laggy?
like you said. it's old.. it's so litlte you can do to make it so fast.. if i were you. i wouldnt spend any more money investing in this junk. little will you know that you have spend hundreds of dollars upgrading this old macbook when you could have gotten a better system for equivalent price.
