The Box Super Usb,help me to recover deleted channels please?

hi,i recently deleted my movie channels and sports channels by accident from my super usb box,the channels are gone completely there isnt a blank page there even,i just have like ten channels left all stupid/ channels can anyone please tell me what to do to recover these channels please,i tried auto scanning and manual scanning but i got the same few channels that were left ,is there any certain frequencies that i have to try on manual scan for the movie channels?thank you in advance
