   Hi I just reinstalled windoes xp on my pc and it say System Idle Process in Task Manager is at 99% and the computer is frozen! What can I do?

   System Idle at 99% is a good thing. There is something else causing the problem if your computer is frozen. Download EndItAll2 if you can. This program will allow you to see everything running on you PC.
