The Box Starview 3 picture interference

Hi all, My starview 3 the box, has constant interference, picture and sound breaking up, checked scart/cable leads etc. no luck, any ideas greatly appreciated, thanks

 

bad scarts or poor coaxial cable i would say,cheap scarts do not good shielding or connections,are u using splitters?
how is ur signal quality?

 

Thanks for the reply, signal strength level is 67% quality 99%, not using splitters, have tried 3 different scarts, no difference, could a more expensive one help?
