xbox with 54 games in hdd not accepting one more

this xbox has a 500 gb hdd and still 80 gb in G and 70 in F partitions, and the games i cant load in the hdd are "cars","NFL2K" and some others games but i tried them in another modded xbox with 160 gb hdd and zero games on it and they worked good.
i tried "complex tool" instead "dvd2xbox" with no succes
is not the games and neither the program dvd2xbox, so what is it???

I think normally your games install to the E partition, now if tht partition is full then the games wont install unless thers a way u can direct them to install on the G and F partitions...
