wassup.. i think so, but you have to remember that the xbox usually can't read cd-r's, some do but the majority have issues. try to burn a vcd on a cd-rw and try it.. you'll need to probably have teh dvd dongle (if you have no mod chip, otherwise if you have mod hcip you could install xbox media player and then play almost any major multimedia format (mp3, wma, wav, mpg, mpeg, jpg, gif, etc... ) pretty amazing program, turns your modded xbox instantly into the ultimate media center (what microsoft should have tried to market as their media center pc imo; cheaper and plays xbox games!!)... peace seamonkey420
