Hello, i have problem. I reinstalled windows and installed the drivers. But my laptop keeps reseting. and i get many erors on bootup. Not the bsod, well sometimes. I just want to know if anyone can point me in the right direction. its a dell inspiron e1505. i have the windows xp media center edition on it, the one that came with the laptop. also i get an error that was made by "data execution prevention", and also an error from my video card saying "cli.exe has encountered a problem and must close" i went and turned off the cli program in the msconfig startup tab and now explorer.exe doesnt even start. i have to launch it from the run command or the command line. if anyone can help that would be great.
if needed i can provide what the errors say and maybe the log files. thanks in advanced.

First thing I'd suspect is bad RAM. A flaky RAM module can cause random error similar to what you are seeing.

Since it's a laptop there are very few user-replaceable components and that's why I'd suggest that you start with the RAM.
