easy cd creator

    can someon e please help me, I am trying to download easy cd creator 5 platinum and every time I do so it comes back stating that the computor can not find anything with easy cd creator from roxio, I have downloaded easy cd creator 5 basic and easy cd creator 4 all ready but the upgrade will still not download please help bev davies
