I have a set of about 80 divx files that have two unidentified audio streams, the first stream is French and the second in English. What I would like to do is find a way to batch remove all the French audio tracks, or at least a way to batch name the tracks so that my software will auto play the English track.

I think you can do this with VirtualDubMod.

    Run VirtualDubMod.
Load the first file ignore any message about VBR audio by answering 'No'.
Click 'Video' > 'Direct Stream Copy'
    Click 'Streams' > 'Stream List'
Either double click on the first stream to disable it or click on the second stream and 'Move Up' (if you move it up, it will become the default audio)

Click 'File' > 'Save processing Settings' (save a .vcf file).
Click 'File' > 'Load processing Settings' (load the .vcf file)
Click 'File' > 'Job Control' > 'Edit' > 'Process Directory' (that's the directory/folder containing the AVIs.
Immediately after selecting it, choose the target directory.
You should see all of the files in the source directory listed in the window.
    Press 'Start'
