Here is the link to the Vid Card that I have. I tried googling everything that is mentioned on the card but can't find out what card it is. Sorry, but your pictures are so blurry I can't see the necessary information. I would suggest that you start By doing a Google search on the part number. I have identified several ATI video cards by using that method.
