hasnt anyone any ideas about my box that is freezing all the time on al channels

 

I would try another working box on your cable line first to discount any signal problems.

Then I would reflash and scan and if still no joy I would repaint it the same colour as your room and use it as a door stop!

It does sound as if it has had it sorry.

 

just reflash it..
