every time i want to shut down my computer i have to wait for quite a while for an end now message to pop up and if i dont it just stays there and the computer doesnt shut down. I think one of the reasons why this has happens is because i right clicked on an exe program and i clicked run as and then it came up with this administrative stuff and i clicked ok. So the main question is how do i stop using this program on admistrative powers because thats what i think it is doing and why it is messing up. by the way im on XP

You can change the shortcut by right clicking on it and selecting properties. Navigate to the "Shortcut" tab and click the "Advanced" button. Now you can uncheck the "Run with different credentials" box.

The program you're running "PortableWifiUP" (link here) looks like a homemade application, as opposed to a professional application that you would buy. Most likely your problem is with this program and has nothing to do with running the program as a different user.

I noticed this on another site.
    http://www.pspmod.com/forums/wireless/46183-psp-wifi-signal-increaser-homebrew-app.html
It looks like the program you're trying to run is a virus.
