I have windows XP and I tried to create a virtual drive to run an ISO file. Basically it looks like my hard drive was duplicated (there are now 2 "local disk" drives in the My Computer section of windows explorer). How can I safely delete this extra drive?

If it is still there after a restart, look for c:\autoexec.bat and see if there is anything in it. If this is not starting it, look at the guide you followed to figure out where you made the startup entry.

Once it is gone, check out daemon-tools.cc
