Eurovox MaxV does not respond to remote control

    Guys, My eurovox MaxV 2008 works very well from the butons on the receiver but does not respond in any way to the remote control, I have tesed the remote control with my LCD Camera and it appears to be working,,,does anyone have any suggestions ?

    Unplug the b0x from the mains & open it.
    Push down gently on the connectors (ribbons at the lcd screen) & make sure they`re not loose.
