    hi, how do i change my mpeg-2 file to vob?

    Well U need a DVD Authoring tool like, TMPGEnc DVD Author,Ulead DVD Studio,Adobe Premiere,Nero Recode 2,DVD Maestro....

    Just choose one and take if from there.

    Most of these apps will let u add ur mpeg-2 file then it will transcode it into dvd compliaint.
