driver freestyle microsoft pro sidewinder

hey guy!
i had a sidewinder... game pad and it worked on my computer. But i install windows xp on it and now it doesnt work. it says that the pilots are imcompatible with this windows version. I seek for a driver or anything else but i found nothing. If someone knows somthing about that shit of driver, gime an answer.

thanks for the tip but i already try this website and the software from this is the same that the one on the cd. so, it doesnt work too. if someone found something about that, reply please!!!!!!!

I have the same problem with the sidewinder gamepad pro but i have windows 2000 and it was working well, but a few days ago it stop working and when i changed it to another port and when plug and play it's installing it, detects a driver for it but at the end an error says that there are no drivers for the divice

ok thanks but i search for that and i find a website saying that this controller was imcompatible with xp. so do you think that there exist some kind of cracks or something else to run sidewinder on xp.

if you find something reply!!!!

Try using or reinstalling standard xp drivers,with & without it plugged in.Click reinstall usb or serial port drivers & also changing to a different port.Also there's known usb1,2 troubles after installing SPack1.Windows XP update lists it under recommended XP updates.
P.S Dont install the drivers from the CD that came with the Sidewinder,they would be too old.

The Sidewinder Pro is definitely compatable with XP (it's a micosoft product).
