    I've just installed the newest beta version of Windows 7 [Microsoft.windows.7.Build.7022.x86.Core.Edition.-Lite] 1.30GB - www.openthewindows7.blogspot.com

The installation went flawless and unlike XP you don't have to babysit the process. So far there has been no crashes, runs ALL my XP programs like DVDShrink, Flaskmpeg ect.

I have a co-worker that has a touch screen computer and he's wondering if the feature will work. We are about to install W7 on his computer to find out.

I have seen the touch screen feature at the 2009 Consumer Electronic Show but don't know if this is the same release. The shake feature of closing multiple windows does work on this build, so I expect the answer to be positive.

The windows 7 torrent was found on mininova and downloaded using utorrent.
