how to connect

    I want to connect my tv(lcd, 1 scart)to a cable box (2 scart virgen media v box,to a combination vcr/ dvd unit(2 scart) and also 4 outside camera's to go throu vcr/dvd so i can record. Can anyone help me because the way i've set it up the cable box is getting interferance
