tuner / capture card for camcorder

    Need some suggestions on which cards will work for this mobo...looking to connect camcorder via video out rca to pc card but dont know which would be the best card for what i want.

    my mobo is: Nvidia NForce 680i SLI Chipset w/7.1 Sound, Gb LAN, S-ATA Raid, USB 2.0 Dual PCI-E MB
