I recently built two custom computers, one for my buddy and one for myself. These two are exactly the same, inside and out.It is running a Intel Pentium Dual Core 2.20GHZ... However under my system properties, its only running at 1.10GHZ... My buddy's computer is running at the full 2.20. Under my device manager, under processor,it show up twice(of course) but at the 2.20GHZ. Did anyone else ever had this problem? Thanks in advance.

It may be showing up as 1.2Ghz, which is Speedstep, which lowers your CPU speed when you're not using it. As soon as you open a demanding program, the CPU should jump to its normal 2.2Ghz. Use CPU-Z to verify this.
