Recently I purchased an LG DVD RAM GH22LS30 (CD/DVD player/burner). After installation, I rebooted the computer. Rather than the "new hardware" window appearing on the screen, another window popped up saying the "DVD drivers could not be installed." This hardware should have loaded automatically. The computer's CMOS recognizes the hardware installation, but the computer doesn't recognize its presence. When I try to run a CD, the disk spins for a few seconds, stops, then nothing. Is there a solution to this problem?
