Sky+ Hard Drive Data

    Hi All
    Has anyone got any info a extracting recordings from a sky+ hard drive? can i get to my old recordings and maybe play them on my PC?

    Don't think it can be done. Not sure what the file system etc. is like but even if you could read it the video files are likely to be exact stream recordings and so would be encrypted with videoguard encryption which to my knowledge cannot be broken.
