Can anyone recommend a program to create custom dvds complete with custom menus, backgrounds, background music etc. I've tried WinDVD Creator, WinAvi, Nero Vision Express, ConvertXtoDVD... Nero Vision Express is the only one I can figure out, however I cant even add more than one chapter on the menu... only one button shows up and I cant add more... :S
Ulead DVD MovieFactory Plus has those. Don't know about Ulead DVD MovieFactory, may have all you need and be a lot smaller, huge installed size on UMF Plus but I think it contain's the MainConcept encoder. Fairly simple to use, deleted player, DIVX, even the Document's and Setting's folder and still over 450 MB. Have a look at TMPGEnc DVD Author too, not sure what it can do.
