Hi guys, I recently picked up a Sony DAVHDX975WF with a new bravia lcd, but later realized the sony reciever does NOT play DIVX. I can always use my old pioneer to play my divx files but Im wondering if would still be able to make use of the home theater sound. Is this possible?
Ive also heard of firmware updates that have fixed these problems before, but not sure if its possible with my receiver?
Aside from returning the damn thing what other solutions would you guys suggest?
Im very new to the home theatre stuff as this is my first one, so take it easy on me guys :)
