   Hi guys, i downloaded a video but it has a bunch of files named xvid.r30, r33, r34 etc...and a .sfv
   
   how do i burn this to a dvd?

   You need to extract the files first with WinRAR or similar program, then convert the resulting *.avi with DVD Flick and finally burn the product from DVD Flick with Imgburn.
