Hello, just upgraded to vista business from xp and sometimes when I log off or switch user the comp will shut off and restart on me. Doesn't always do it but it does it enough to be a problem. No problems with drivers as far as I can tell, how would I go about troubleshooting everything?

    Vista Business Sp1
    2 gig RAM
    AMD Athalon 64 Processor @ 2.4 Ghz

How would I check to see if it's my power supply?

I recently bought and installed a Radeon HD 4670 and it works fine, but I read on the box that the recommended wattage is 400 so I went and replaced my current psu with a Dynex one which is rated at 400. I log off of my account and go into my admin account and it still gives me a bsod, would someone be able to read the dump file and let me know what it says? This only happens if I log out, whether I go through the start menu or windows key + L. To switch users I have to shut down, start up again and click on another account, sometimes this triggers the problem too though :(
